Some mushrooms just look too wild to believe, and I think this Sculpted Puffball, Calvatia sculpta, falls into that category. When I look at this long enough it seems like all the little spikes are some type of elephant-naked mole rat hybrid, just dangling around a mushroom center & distributing spores out their trunk-nose.
