Corvidopolis began in 2010 as a search for a random combination of words that was available as a domain. I made a list of about 5 combos, asked friends to vote and then ignored their input and chose the most difficult to spell option that I liked. 

"Corvids" are the avian family of crows, ravens, jays and magpies while "opolis" is a Greek suffix meaning "city-state". Loosely interpreted "Corvidopolis" is a city-state of crows, ravens & jays. 

What exactly Corvidopolis is has changed many times in the last 15 years, but today it represents the Global Headquarters for Chris Adams Projects. All of my various collections, client works, and personal art can be found here––if it's found in the digital space at all.

Today there is still a Shop on here, next year perhaps it will just be a directory to other projects & sites. I plan to link my various publishing projects here, talk about current projects & crowdfunding efforts, blog about my life as an artist and generally use this as a hub for my ever-expanding sub collections & brands of work. 

Whether this is your first time here or you've been following me for years (or this is my mom reading this for the 50th time) thanks for being here! I am daily reminded that I could not do what I do without every human who has supported me with kind words or financial support through purchasing artwork, and I'm very grateful for all of you.
